You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, and to update that information promptly if it changes. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any balance.

One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold only one active account on the 1111jl Platform. Opening or attempting to open multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 1111jl reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void any associated bonuses, and withhold any winnings derived from duplicate account activity.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party or allow any other person to access or use your account. 1111jl will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

Account Verification (KYC)

1111jl is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in accordance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are processed or at any other time at our discretion. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawal requests.

All financial transactions on the 1111jl Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). 1111jl supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank, subject to availability and applicable transaction limits.

Deposits

Deposits are credited to your 1111jl account balance upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the point of transaction and may vary by payment method. 1111jl does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which 1111jl accepts no responsibility.

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted. Where a third-party deposit is identified, 1111jl reserves the right to void the deposit, reverse the transaction, and suspend the associated player account pending investigation.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification and compliance with all applicable bonus wagering requirements. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible. 1111jl aims to process GCash and PayMaya withdrawals within five (5) minutes of approval; bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the receiving institution.

1111jl reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times. Players will be notified if additional verification is required.

Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. 1111jl reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee to dormant accounts after this period, subject to applicable regulations. Players will be notified by email prior to any dormancy fee being applied.

1111jl offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, which form part of these Terms. General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. 1111jl reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless otherwise stated.
• Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times (wagering requirement) before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn.

By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules. Random Number Generation

Technical Malfunctions

Interrupted Games

• Registering or attempting to register more than one account on the Platform.
